Refund and Return Policy

Exchange Policy

• As long as the tag is in place and the goods are in perfect condition as when you first bought it you have 30 days from the day you receive your item(s) to exchange your purchase. Noting that exchanges are eligible for size change and cannot occur for changing the item or the design
• Your purchase receipt must be present when you exchange your item(s).
• Note: Items sold within any SALE offer cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds

• Refunds are currently not available; however, you will get store credit instead if you receive the requested item damaged.

The Exchange / Refund Process:

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and returned back to you as a store credit that you can use at any time (through our retail stores or online)
• Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

• Sale items (if applicable) 
• Only regular priced items may be refunded and/or exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and/or exchanged.

Shipping 

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Payment

• All transactions on this website is in Iraqi Dinar, based on the official rate of the Central Bank of Iraq.
